The main goal of this website is to provide subtitles for movies and TV shows while protecting the rights of their translators.
Politeness and respect are fundamental values of this platform. Offensive behavior will be dealt with. Additionally, hate speech and racism are not tolerated.
Copying and plagiarizing any subtitle is strictly prohibited, and the user responsible for it will be banned.
All copyright and ownership of the subtitles published by translators on this website belong to the respective translator (and translation sponsor). No third party is allowed to alter them. Re-synchronizing and re-uploading a subtitle is only permitted if the original translator's name and sponsor are preserved. The original uploader retains the right to request subtitle removal.
Users are required to upload their subtitles with accurate information, including the correct release names and file name. Manipulating release names for personal gain is prohibited.
Adding the translator/uploader's name or translation team in the "release name" field is not allowed. All added release names must exactly match the names of the encoded versions released on torrent or scene platforms. These names are usually found on torrent sites, scene releases, or existing subtitles on SubSource related to that film/series.
If a translator uploads a subtitle for a film or series that already has a subtitle with correct release names, they must use the same release names. Please avoid adding unnecessary names. You can use the “Copy All” option on the previous subtitle’s page and paste them into your own release name section when uploading.
Translators may not submit bad ratings or leave negative comments on other subtitles of the same content, even if they believe the subtitle is of poor quality.
Spamming in any form is prohibited and will result in penalties.
Our policy is to offer an environment where healthy competition can thrive, and any action aimed at disrupting this environment is not tolerated.
Using offensive names and avatars (in any form) is forbidden.
Each user is only allowed to have one account, and users with fake or alternate accounts will be punished.
Exception: It is allowed if you had more than one account in subscene or you need to upload with more than one account in SubSource (Spitful actions with alternate/fake accounts are not tolerated.)
Unjustified negative ratings are not acceptable. Users must provide a reason for any low rating. Minor issues in subtitles with over 90% quality do not justify a bad rating.
We do not take responsibility for users sharing their account passwords.
Posting any download links or advertisement in comments is not allowed.
Submitting machine or AI-generated subtitles as high-quality original subtitles is not permitted. However, uploading them under the following conditions is allowed:
1- At least one week must have passed since the release of the film/series, and no human-made subtitle must be available. If a human subtitle exists, there's no need for a machine version.
2- The caption must clearly state "Machine Translated Subtitle", and the "AI / Machine Translated" option must be selected under Production Type.
3- Each user is allowed to upload a maximum of 5 machine-translated subtitles per month.
